BUYBACK

I am generating my Buyback list, and a title that should be on the list isn't there.  What's going on?

My buyers can't log in to the Buy Books module.  I know I entered them in to the Buyers module.  What is going on?

I generated a buyback list and changed the buy prices on some titles.  When I regenerate the list, the prices keep going back to the items' original buy prices.  What is the problem?

I am done buying and I am ready to close my Buyback session.  What are the PROPER steps to take to close my session?
 
COURSE REQUESTS
I added a new department in the Academic Department Maintenance module.  I am trying to add a course request for the new department but it doesn't show.  What is wrong?
 
I am trying to add a book to a course request, the title doesn't show when I do a search using the ISBN.  What do I do now?
 
I added some new course requests and worked their order decisions after I had already generated a want list.  When I regenerated the want list, the new items were not added, even though I had checked the Want List check box in Order Decisions and the OTB was greater than zero.
 
I’m ready to begin adding course requests to my newly created term, but every time I try to select the term in the Course Requests module, I get an error message telling me “No records found that match the search criteria”.  I know the term is there, I’ve added it in Term Maintenance.  Why won’t it let me use it?
 
I see the “Adoption Complete” checkbox in the Course Requests module.  What purpose does it serve?  Am I supposed to check it when I am done with a particular request?

How does the Order Equation work?
 
I am trying to make my Order Decisions.  I have noticed that even though I have entered an inventory amount (stock on hand), my Open to Buy isn’t changing to reflect that.  Shouldn’t it take that into account?
 
PURCHASE ORDERS
I am trying to add an item to a Purchase Order.  I search and find the item, yet when I double click on it, it doesn't add onto my purchase order.  Why?
 
REPORTS
When trying to print the receiving document, the barcodes on the page are not correct; they are letters instead of numbers, and larger than normal.  What is the problem?
 
RETURNS
I am working in the Autogenerate Proposed Returns module.  When I click on the Reports button and select the autogeneration report, the report comes up blank.  I ran the report before I Autogenerated and it had items on it, why is it blank now?

I am trying to set up a new user in the Group User Security module in WpAdmin and when I try to save the user’s record I get the error "Only members of the sysadmin role can use the loginame option.  The password was not changed."  What am I doing wrong?
